Serving Those Who Needed It Most
In January 2026, our team had the privilege of serving the homeless community in downtown Philadelphia during one of the coldest weeks of the year. (Operation Chilly Philly)
Thanks to the generosity of so many supporters, we distributed hundreds of jackets, hats, gloves, hot coffee, food, and other essential supplies to men and women living on the streets.
More importantly, we were able to spend time talking with people, praying with them, encouraging them, and sharing the hope found in Jesus Christ.
One of the greatest blessings of the day wasn't simply handing someone a warm coat—it was reminding them that they had not been forgotten.
Why We Do ItAt God Taught Me Ministries, our goal isn't simply to host events.
Our desire is to put the love of Christ into action by serving people in practical ways while pointing them to the hope found in Jesus.
Whether we're distributing coats in Philadelphia, cleaning up a widow's yard, praying with someone in a grocery store, or hosting a Worry Less Live Event, our mission is always the same:
Helping people see God show up in their everyday lives.
