What does that mean, No Headlocks in heaven?
Jesus said in Matthew 23:37,
"Oh Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together as a hen gathers her chicks under wings, but you were not willing!" Matthew 23:37 (New King James Version)
Again, Jesus is the one speaking here, the very Son of God and He's not just speaking, but rather expressing sorrow about the fact that He longed to gather the people of Jerusalem just as a hen gathers her chicks, which is a very loving way to describe how He longed to take care of them.
However, if you notice Jesus ends with saying, "But you were not willing!"
The Lord is showing us that He was willing to take care of them, but He's not willing to override their freewill to do it.
The same holds true for us as it relates to having a saving relationship with Him. God will not put anyone in a headlock to accept the forgiveness He offers through Christ.
Therefore, there are no headlocks in heaven, and you can exercise your free will and choose not to accept the one and only payment for ur sins that is authorized by God, which is the sinless death of His Son Jesus Christ.
Beside headlocks here are a few other things that won't be in heaven either, according the Holy Scriptures:

- Tears, there will be no tears heaven (Revelation 21:4)
- No Mourning, crying or pain (Revelation 21:4)
- There will be no sun, nor will there be a moon, for the Bible teaches that God's glory alone will light it up heaven (Revelation 21:23)
- No more earthly type body, but rather a new heavenly type body. (2 Corinthians 5:3)
- Nor will there be any sin in heaven (Revelation 21:27)
