We’re going back to where it all started — not to visit, but to bring hope through the message of Jesus Christ! Here's what the outreach will include:
🔥 Why This Matters
1 John 3:8 says, “The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil.”
That’s what this outreach is all about, destroying the works of the devil and as we all know the devil has works.
So, we’re not just handing out books or supplies — we’re going into the trenches to share the love of Jesus, preach the Gospel, and help people escape the snare of the enemy (2 Tim. 2:24-26). And we want you to be part of winning folks to Christ.
We’re going back to where it all started — not to visit, but to bring hope through the message of Jesus Christ! Here's what the outreach will include:
- 📚 Hand-delivering thousands of copies of the Worry Less Pray More door to door. (25 day lead time on the book, and praying we can order 10K or more)
- 🛠️ Fixing up homes for local families in need (nominated by the community)
- 🥫 Providing groceries to struggling households through out Mays Landing
- 🎤 Hosting a powerful evangelistic event with a short messages by possibly a former Philadelphia Eagle (working on details) and Chris Einwechter, ending with a call to commit to Christ
- 🎁 Giving away tons of gift cards and a few big-ticket items (like a TV) — During the outreach
- 🙏 Praying with people at their doors and inviting them into the Worry Less Challenge Kick Off Event (Billy Graham’s Model had local churches spread the word and invite the lost in their neighborhoods to attend event)
- 🏀 Hosting a Few fun, family-friendly events (like a basketball or golf challenge) after the sermon
- 🙌 Partnering with local churches to continue follow-up and discipleship
- Advertise Everything! “Then the master said to the servant, ‘Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.” Luke 14:23
